I am a sport and exercise psychology consultant. My clients range from recreational exercisers of all abilities to elite athletes and teams, parents, personal trainers, clubs and coaches. I also work with non-sports people who have similar demands including in business or in performing arts.

Sport depends on not just having the physical ability but also on your mindset.

I am passionate about the wellbeing of my clients. Often sport psychology is perceived as only focusing on performance or it is there for people when something is wrong and an issue needs to be dealt with. However, really it is about helping things to be as good as possible for people. Working in sport psychology I am often working with people who are trying to do something really challenging. My role is to help individuals navigate those challenges.

I am registered with the British Psychological Society and as a profession, sport psychologists have training, supervision and checks in place to make sure we do a good job. All my work is underpinned by scientific literature. I work collaboratively with clients providing a tailored approach using evidence-based psychology to help enhance performance and wellbeing.
